Our teaching batch has 36 brackets and 41 completed-check rows after several reviewed retries. The FR10 dashboard calls the batch complete. Some brackets are still held. How should the report retain the attempt history while showing what is actually accepted?

We had to separate the item's current disposition from the work recorded against it. Ask quality to reconcile each bracket, then show accepted, held and other outstanding items separately from the attempt count. Keep any unknown links visible rather than using the extra rows to fill the batch.
