Our FR10 sleeve transfer keeps getting another point correction. The tray looks unchanged, but the sleeve sits less squarely in the grip. I'm starting to think we're compensating for something nobody has inspected properly. What would you take to the maintenance review?

Preserve the point-change history, then have the responsible technician check actual tray seating and tool contacts against their intended condition; looks unchanged isn't a reference check, and the next correction can hide what moved.
