Main UR5e hardware correct, installed cable present; promised spare kit absent after thirteen days of next shipment replies.

Ask them to identify the complete missing kit against your agreed order and receiving check, then name the proposed supply arrangement. A reply about the fitted pendant cable doesn't address the additional one. Nor does a future shipment exist merely because the phrase keeps appearing.

They acknowledge the extra cable but haven't answered the other spare-kit lines. I've returned the full list.

Would you accept the cable separately if the rest needs longer, or do you need the whole kit together?

Separate supply would be useful. It wouldn't close the remaining kit lines, and I haven't agreed extra carriage.

Then ask for that as an explicit partial-supply option. Clara's suggestion can be useful without turning one cable into a complete kit, provided the outstanding contents and any carriage are stated rather than inferred.

Yes, that's the split I meant, Noah; I wasn't suggesting the others become unimportant once the cable appears.

Seller is checking standalone cable availability and the remaining contents. Still no definite dispatch offer to accept.

Keep it there in the purchasing note. Availability being checked is an open enquiry, not stock or a delivery date. The partial option is defined now; the seller still needs to answer it.
