Is it unreasonable to want our FR10 in our pre-shipment video?

Seller sent a sorting demo with the gripper mostly hidden and no readable package identity. Our agreed sample test still isn't shown. Am I asking badly, or are they answering something else?

Send the agreed test back as a short shot list: identify the offered assembly, show the specified fingers, show the samples and their handling. Their current clip may show motion, but it does not answer those points.

Already asked for identity. No finger view specified though.

Add it. Also say which parts of the handling must stay visible, so the camera does not lose the grip or placement at the critical moment.

Sent a sketch with camera positions. Hopefully clearer than 'better video', which was my last message.

That should help. Keep the agreed acceptance points alongside the view sketch, so a clear recording is still judged against the actual task. Image quality and a successful demonstration are different matters.

Do they have the specified sample pieces?

And are they using the fingers from your offer, because a demo tool borrowed from the next bench could look lovely and tell you very little about the kit being packed?

That is why the assembly identification needs to be linked to the handling footage. Separate photographs of the right kit do not establish what was fitted during the demonstration.

New clip identifies the arm and fingers. Samples are substitutes. Better filmed, still not our agreed test. I've asked why they changed them.

Keep the sample test outstanding until that is resolved. If they propose substitutes, have them explain the differences and agree their suitability with you; don't silently accept the change because this recording is easier to watch.
