A teaching layout we reviewed moved a stand to clear the tool and then blocked fixture removal, so get the setter's changeover route into this drawing before the stand goes wandering.

Include any proposed relocation cost with the alternative. A position that works only after moving something is a different proposal, not a free correction.

Yes. It rules out the original position again. The farther position has a clear complete-tool route in the study, and the setter's access remains on that version.

Does the farther position require service changes? Those belong in its price before the buying comparison closes.

And keep the assembly revision with that comparison. A later fitting change could consume the space you have just checked.
