Our installed pendant cable arrived correctly with the FR5. The included spare did not, and nineteen days of next shipment replies haven't produced a parcel or a stock answer. I'm keeping that shortage separate from the main delivery, but apparently the seller would rather discuss my next order than finish this one.

Ask the order contact for stock and a separate-dispatch proposal against the exact spare reference. No need to invent another purchase to make an existing included item worth sending.
