Who checks what carries our labelled cartons in the turned FR10 layer?

I cannot accept our FR10 dispatch pattern from neat carton rectangles. Turned boxes bridge gaps against their preferred support direction. What should packaging and tooling establish jointly before that drawing is approved?

Get the actual packed-carton bearing requirements from packaging and the full tool release sequence from tooling. One owner should combine those with the supporting layer beneath each turned position, not collect separate statements that each team is happy.

Packaging knows the direction but hasn't marked required bearing regions. Tooling has only shown the final closed grip. Both are being asked for the missing views.

Does the label reliably indicate packing orientation? A readable label might tell dispatch what the box contains without telling tooling where its contents need support.

And which neighbours are present when the fingers open?

Amara's question needs the placement order on the same view. A free gap in an empty layer may be occupied by the time the last box is released.

Include intended short orders too; complete layers aren't the only loads dispatch handles

Packing says the label isn't a reliable support-direction reference. They are defining the orientation from the packed construction. Dispatch is listing its partial loads.

Then keep label readability as a separate requirement. Correct support should not unexpectedly leave the next worker unable to identify the cases.

Any combined bearing result yet, or still collecting inputs?

Inputs only. Layout engineer owns the common revision now. No candidate has both its packed support and complete withdrawal assessed.

Keep that status on the drawing itself, not just the email that carries it
