What should I measure before changing our FR10 spacer pickup again?

Our rigid spacer block comes out of the tray tilted after two pickup edits, and the maintenance note mentions a replaced jaw insert without saying which side; what should I get checked before the next teaching session becomes another attempt to hide it?

Check the block seating before finger contact, then the actual fitted contact geometry against the tooling drawing. Have maintenance inspect with the cell isolated. Keep both program revisions identified while that happens.

Maintenance says the block sits flat in the tray, but the right insert has a flat contact where the drawing shows a shallow pocket; the left one matches.

Does the replacement's part reference match the drawing?

The bag reference matches, the insert itself has no mark, so stores is checking the remaining bagged parts against the drawing too.

I've found the right bag reused for the wrong spare before. Let tooling identify the physical part. The label is a useful lead, not a dimensional check.

Keep that wrong insert out of the normal spare bin. Easy for somebody to tidy it back into its very convincing bag.

Any answer from tooling, Henry?

Have controls review both pickup edits against the corrected tool when it's ready. Nobody should assume the oldest backup is automatically the right setup.

Tooling identified a different-family insert and supplied the correct one, checked against the drawing; Chloe, stores quarantined the suspect bags, and Reece, controls is reviewing the edits before the supervised trial.

Did the trial show square pickup across the tray, or is it still waiting?
