Our FR10 inspection proposal has one bezel that everyone keeps calling scratched because of a moving bright band. Quality found no mark there. On a different bezel, a real edge scratch almost disappears with the lighting change that removes the band. I don't reckon a prettier picture is getting us very far. What should we compare next?
Same holder, but the person taking the second set nudged the scratched bezel to improve the picture. So no, not quite the same presentation. I missed that when I put the images side by side.
Repeat the comparison without that individual rescue, because otherwise the proposed station has a very helpful person in it whom nobody has included in the design.
Use the accepted bezel and the scratched one together for each candidate arrangement, Henry, and keep the full edge visible; you can learn quite a lot before another round of threshold changes.
We repeated with both seated normally. The lighting arrangement that reduces the band still loses the edge scratch. A second view shows it, but we have not checked what adding that view does to the complete inspection.
Alex, it needs a different held position in the current proposal. Farah, yes, we'd keep both views. I have asked the integrator to include that extra presentation in the comparison before we get attached to it.
