I've inherited an FR5 tray loader where three people have nudged the pickup points, and now one row of polymer housings comes up visibly tilted even though the tray itself looks fine; which bit would you check first before I buy an insert?

Does that row sit tilted before the gripper touches it? A side-on photograph of the seated housings may narrow this down before you undo anyone's teaching.
