Our UR5e assembly-nest samples seem to choose their own seat between the hole locators, base supports and outside wall, and I am reluctant to approve the stronger clamp suggested for them; I would rather understand which contacts the design intends to locate and which should have clearance before making the wrong seat more convincing.

Has the designer marked that contact scheme against the current bracket drawing and checked the actual samples, including burrs? I'd ask for that before spending on clamp force.
