I am willing to change the tray for our UR5e proposal if it improves the complete sleeve-loading job. One demo uses dedicated pockets and the other uses our existing tray. I need preparation, changeover and unsuitable sleeves included before comparing the apparent speed.

Ask where the unsuitable sleeves go and who decides they cannot run. A reject pocket without that decision can quietly become another sorting job for your operator.
