I cannot assemble the 109 matched fixture-loading kits I ordered for our existing FR5. The sealed accessory box contains too few mounting adapters. Our unnamed Chinese seller now reads the quantity as pieces, despite the invoice saying kits and the final message listing one adapter per kit. What should lead the reconciliation?
Can you put the invoice unit, final per-kit contents, expected quantity and counted receipt into one table, with photographs of the sealed arrival and count? Request the missing balance explicitly, including the proposed delivery cost, rather than debate the word pieces alone.
I sent that comparison and marked incomplete kits separately in stores. The seller has acknowledged receiving the evidence but not accepted the shortage or proposed supply. No quantity has been treated as settled.
