Two sleeve-unloading demos have given me two different tray conditions

I'm comparing an FR5 with other candidates for unloading small bearing sleeves from a fixture into trays. Both films look promising, but one uses a tidy demonstration tray and one our awkward workshop tray. I can't separate the arm from the preparation and receiving arrangement in those results.

Ask for the same defined source, sleeve range and destination conditions before ranking the handling results.

I've put our fixture and workshop tray in the comparison request, including the way samples arrive. The tidier tray could be an option, but I want its cost and preparation work visible rather than borrowed for free from the demo.

Record interventions and unsuccessful transfers too. An edited run can hide the support burden.

And ask who restores the setup after a tray change. We can make a bench look very repeatable with one experienced person hovering over it. A proposal worth handing over needs to describe that help, even if the actual transfer looks the same on both arms.
