I'm designing the tooling support for an FR10 pallet station. Packaging wants our component cases tight together so the upper layer bears on their supported edges. The proposed fingers need a gap in exactly that place. Both layouts have been circulated as approved. I'd like one physical review before either becomes metal

Bring filled production cartons and the loaded tool envelope to the same review; we found our argument was really about two different carton constructions, not the gap everyone had spent an hour discussing.
