I ordered Fairino FR10 from an unnamed seller in China after they confirmed a configuration against our fixture drawing.
The delivered label has a different suffix, and the interface around the tool interface bracket looks different from that drawing.
The seller says equivalent but hasn't provided a comparison.
I've left our tooling unfitted and waited 23 days for clarification.

I've the prepayment confirmation referring to our drawing and the different delivered identifier. Our unpacking photographs also show the interface as received, with no tooling installed.

I overstated what that document would establish. The drawing can help resolve physical fit, while the remaining compatibility questions need assessment against your intended configuration and application.
I've accepted the delivered interface after a completed configuration comparison and qualified review against our stated fixture requirements.
That resolves this discrepancy for us, with installation checks still required.
