Is the spare cable listed separately on your agreed order?
Can't close the FR5 spare-kit line

Yes. Separate line, quantity one. Installed cable was another line and arrived.
14 pointsSend that line back with quantity received zero. Ask for its dispatch status, not the status of the whole robot package. Their answer might still be useless, but at least it has to address the missing thing.
20 pointsSent. They replied 'package complete'. Attached the spare-kit line again. Bit tired of this.
14 pointsI'd put the installed cable and promised spare side by side in the message, since 'cable supplied' may be all their packing person has been asked to check.
1 pointsMaybe, though Sara already gave them the line. Can you get the person handling the order to confirm the missing quantity in their own words?
9 pointsIs there a part reference against the spare line? I would include it beside the quantity so the reply cannot drift into a different cable.
0 pointsThere is. They've now acknowledged that exact spare is missing. Thank you, Amara, the two-line comparison helped.
20 pointsMy missing crate acquired a location on paper before anyone found it. Has your seller said the cable is physically ready to pack?
21 pointsNo. Only 'will arrange'. I've asked whether they actually have it.
12 pointsThen stores should still show it as owed, with no arrival promise passed to maintenance; a more specific email is welcome, but it leaves you without the spare.
14 pointsThey say it's in stock now. Still no dispatch details. Leaving the line open.
25 pointsStock at which location? Worth asking if 'arrange' means another transfer before they can send it to you.
