FR5 puck grip leaning despite the latest pickup correction

I want the contact assembly checked before another correction to this FR5 tray-to-fixture job. The pucks are held less squarely, although the tray looks stationary. That visual impression does not identify whether the source seating or tool changed. What comparison should maintenance start with?

Compare identified pucks before contact and during closure, with the actual tray and tool references recorded.

Maintenance has the versions and identified comparison pieces. The pucks sit square before grip, then lean as one finger closes. The fitted contact references match the job, but the assembly behind them has not been inspected yet.

Have maintenance inspect that backing and mounting against the intended assembly before choosing a repair.

They found damage on the backing piece locating that contact, with its position outside the assembly requirement. The specified replacement is available. We are not correcting the taught point to match the damaged seating.

Replacement fitted and the mounting check is complete. The integrator is reviewing the stored corrections before the whole transfer verification; the maintenance finding is real, but we have not released this job yet.

Please report the complete transfer result, including destination seating and release, once that verification is done.
