Planning 226 packed cartons; demo used smooth board, ours vary in seams and surface. What comparison precedes pickup-concept acceptance?

Which incoming differences cross the proposed cup contact areas, with the cartons filled as they will be handled?

Tape seam crosses one proposed contact on some cartons. Demo contents unknown.

Ask for the demo's filled condition before comparing it. You may be missing two differences, not just the surface under the cups.

Include the complete lane placement and release, with any operator preparation visible; a successful acquisition would answer only the first part of your planned job.

Who decides which taped and rough-board examples represent acceptable incoming stock?

Packaging owner. I've asked for identified filled examples and exclusions, not one box per colour.

Keep the physical examples available to tooling. Photos help explain selection, but won't establish how the board behaves at the contact.

Will the supplier report failed acquisitions as well as completed transfers, under the agreed trial's protective arrangements? The night shift will need the defined response to uncertain pickup, not just the successful cycle.

Requested that in the trial scope. No new handling trial arranged yet.

Packaging selected the examples and retained them. Supplier still hasn't explained the original demo's contents, so its smooth-sample result stays limited.

Does the proposed trial keep presentation as received, or add preparation someone must perform on every carton?
