Twenty-three days asking for our contact pads sorting the identified sample pieces, and the new clip hides the tool behind the tray. I can't link it to our package either. What did they think this would answer?

Did they show the ordered pads anywhere in that recording, or only in separate photographs? I'd make that missing link the next question.

Only separate photos. Technical contact has now admitted the moving clip uses a stock pad set, not our agreed one. I've asked for the actual ordered assembly doing pickup through release.

Have they said the ordered set is fitted and ready to record? No point arranging better camera angles around the wrong tooling again.

Ordered set is now fitted and identified in the replacement recording. It shows pickup and transfer, then cuts before release. Identity question answered; agreed demonstration still incomplete. I've sent the exact missing part back to the technician.
