Both quotes ignore the fingers they drew

I can't compare these UR5e tooling quotes yet. Both call our motor housing an easy load, then show long fingers and an adapter without giving their weights. One drawing also has a valve block on the tool. And the handover line just says demonstration. What should I ask them to include so I can compare a supported installation, not two optimistic sketches?

Ask for the complete loaded tool assessment and a priced handover scope from each. Whoever supplies the fingers should own their contribution to that assessment, not leave you adding guesses.
