The installed cable arrived with our FR5, but the promised spare kit did not; after nine days of 'next shipment' I would like to get the extra pendant cable accounted for without mixing it into our small-housing setup questions.
We made that mistake and got installation photographs instead of a spare. List fitted and outstanding separately, then ask whether the complete missing kit is available and what standalone dispatch they propose.
They now acknowledge the spare kit is outstanding and say they are checking availability, which at least answers the quantity question; I still have neither a dispatch proposal nor a parcel reference.
