Our FR10 unloads rigid spacer blocks, and each pickup adjustment seems to help briefly while the held block looks less square. The tray appears fixed, but we haven't verified its locating condition. What comparison would separate source seating, first contact and the final grip before we edit more points?
Keep one identified block and its source pocket in view before closure, at first finger contact and once held. Then have maintenance inspect the actual contacts, their mountings and the tray location under the normal procedure, with the saved offsets beside the tooling history. A more attractive final grip alone won't tell you which earlier condition changed.
