I can't approve more pickup offsets while the block leans

I'd check the seating first because our FR10 spacer block is already tilted before lifting, but the response so far has been another pickup offset; I can't judge those changes while nobody has measured the tray contacts.

Get maintenance to inspect the tray and tool with the station isolated, then compare the physical setup with the last working one. More offsets will only bury the trail

That's what I'm asking for, the suspect tray is set aside with its number so it doesn't disappear back into the pile.

Did they find anything under the block or at the locators?

A damaged pocket insert was holding one corner high, and maintenance has replaced it; the integrator still needs to review the offsets before we run that tray again.

Keep the damaged insert for whoever does that review. Much easier to explain the lean with it in front of them
