What was actually inspected on this used FR10 package?

A refurbished FR10 is offered for our small aluminium block tray job, with inspected in the listing and nothing showing the inspection scope; I can budget for an independent assessment, but not collection followed by discovering the controller and arm were never checked together.

Ask for the matched equipment identities and inspection report before paying for collection.

Report received: visual inspection of the arm only, with a controller shown in the listing but excluded from the report.

Price a qualified assessment of the complete offered package. Visual inspection leaves your main question unanswered.

The seller will not make the complete package available for assessment before collection, so I have declined it; the cheap number had rather expensive conditions.

Reasonable to walk away. You never got the evidence needed to price that risk.
