The smooth UR5e vacuum sample omits our seamed carton surfaces

I cannot accept the vacuum concept for our 168 dispatch cartons from one smooth sample. Incoming seams, print and board surfaces vary. What should a representative handling assessment include?

Use identified filled cartons spanning the actual contact conditions, including seams and their combinations, and carry the trial through placement into the dispatch lane. Ask what happens when the proposed grip is not established or maintained. Any need to turn or sort cartons first belongs in the operator-work comparison.
