The first sleeve runs improved; the replacement tray still missed

Added a locator to my UR5e fixture-to-tray sleeve setup; supervised pickups looked steadier until tray replacement brought another miss, so fixed overstates what I saw.

Clarify which pickup you mean in that transfer. If it is a later pickup from the receiving tray, say so; otherwise the reader may think a receiving-tray locator improved the original fixture pickup. Keep the tray replacement and failure in the main result

Later pickup from the receiving tray; source-fixture pickup was unchanged, and I have separated those stages in my report.

Was the replacement's seating against the locator recorded before the miss? Without that observation you can describe the sequence, but you cannot decide whether the locator failed, the tray differed, or another condition changed

No seating record for that changeover; report now leaves the cause open and keeps the useful-looking early runs limited to their observed conditions.
