Our separate parcel only became traceable when purchasing asked for the actual carrier handover record against its package identifier, so I would ask for those two things together.
Then I would return that list marked with what reached you and what did not, keeping the complete-package order attached so the shortage cannot be mistaken for an optional accessory request.
