Give packaging the packed box and ask for the required bearing areas, then put those over the real lower layer with tooling's withdrawal. Otherwise everybody can approve the part of the picture they prefer.
I can't select our UR5e layer from this floating-box drawing

Does the box reference include its internal packing? We have had an outer carton stay the same while the contents arrangement changed where the load sat.
3 pointsWho finishes a short order on that pallet? I would bring them into the review before the repeating layer becomes the only example anyone remembers.
6 pointsJonas, packed variant identified. Harish, our dispatch packer finishes short orders; she's adding those examples.
14 pointsKeep the label direction visible too. It does not solve support, but the packer still needs to identify a partial without turning the whole thing around.
22 pointsIf a different orientation is proposed for readability, have packaging and tooling check that exact orientation too; a label improvement can change the arrangement they thought they were assessing.
21 pointsNaomi, yes, and don't assume labels caused the rotation in the first place; has anyone said why these layers alternate?
8 pointsNobody has a carton-specific reason. It's copied from another product. Packaging is comparing a straight arrangement as well.
8 pointsDid the full support and withdrawal comparison arrive?
8 pointsYes. Rotated arrangement fails packaging's support review. Straight option supports the required edges but needs a different finger exit.
0 pointsThen price that exit change with the lower carton count, not as an invisible detail the tool supplier will somehow absorb. It might still be the sensible option.
10 pointsJane, has your packer found anywhere to hold returned partials? A lower count can add movements, and those pallets need real floor space while someone decides what to do with them.
11 pointsReturned partial space is identified, Harish. Dispatch counted the added moves; the revised tool proposal is priced separately.
10 pointsWho updates the tray or carton selection instruction if purchasing changes that internal pack? Keep that owner with the chosen reference, not only in this discussion.
9 pointsPackaging owns the specification, dispatch training owns the selection page. We're developing the straight option with both involved, not ordering fingers yet.
13 pointsI'd like to hear whether that new exit works on the partials too; the full straight layer is only the first place to check it.
