Show the main package received and the separately promised adapter outstanding. Use its order reference and quantity. A signed receipt for the arm should not make your spare stock appear complete.
Have they answered whether the adapter exists ready to send? That is the next useful distinction; another acknowledgement of the obligation does not tell maintenance when a spare will be available.
