Separate from our UR5e cable shortage: the FR10 housing bench arrived without its promised spare mounting adapter. The fitted adapter is present. Seller points to the signed main delivery and says the extra one follows. What should remain open on our receiving record?

Show the main package received and the separately promised adapter outstanding. Use its order reference and quantity. A signed receipt for the arm should not make your spare stock appear complete.

Receiving now has a separate shortage line. Seller acknowledges that line, but has supplied neither stock status nor a parcel reference.

Have they answered whether the adapter exists ready to send? That is the next useful distinction; another acknowledgement of the obligation does not tell maintenance when a spare will be available.

They say it must be made. No completion date. The shortage stays open, and our maintenance folder no longer describes it as awaiting delivery.
