For this FR10 loading proposal the short steel blank stays in the machine while the hand leaves. That's the awkward bit I want reviewed, not just a loaded approach played backwards. The sketch still leaves out the actual gripper body and open door. I'm asking for both; what else needs showing at release?
Not yet. They've named the gripper body, but the fingers in the drawing are generic. I can't tell whether their opening motion needs space behind the blank or beside it.
Ask tooling to show how the part is located and held when the fingers release. The drawing needs the fixture and its relevant operating state, not just the blank floating at the target. Then the integrator can review the hand leaving that actual arrangement, with the machine information supplied by its owner. I wouldn't pick an opening direction for them from a generic finger picture.
That floating blank is exactly what we have, Robin. Fixture outline behind it but no release sequence. I've been reading more into the picture than is actually drawn.
Also, what does the setter need to reach after a normal load? I'm not suggesting a different base position. I just want that requirement on the same view before a candidate position becomes expensive to move.
The setter has marked access to the fixture for changeover. Integrator now has that and the request for a defined release state. No proposed finger arrangement back yet, so I still can't compare the exit.
That's enough to organise the review. Did the machine owner confirm the parked-door geometry, including its hardware, or is that still being represented by the old outline?
Still the old outline. The survey is requested, not completed. I've left arm selection open and listed the door survey beside the missing finger arrangement.
