Why does this FR10 access check draw everything except the tool?

I've been asking other people to check their whole tools, and now our own mill-loading proposal arrives with a bare aluminium blank floating at the fixture. FR10 reach circle behind it, no gripper body or open door. I need a complete route review before anyone calls that accessible.

Get the machine owner to verify the open-door geometry and the toolmaker to supply the quoted complete assembly. Ask the integrator to assess both with the blank in its intended grip, including entry and withdrawal.

Survey found the handle sticks farther in than the catalogue view. Complete tool model is with the integrator now. Mounting position stays undecided.

Has that combined review identified a workable approach, Gabriel? Interested whether the handle forces a different orientation or a different base position.

They've proposed an orientation change, not demonstrated it. Toolmaker still needs to check the connections through that route. Setter also wants the fixture trolley shown before commenting on the position.
