Can the seller show our gripper instead of another waving arm?

I'm waiting on the agreed UR5e sample-loading demo before shipment. The new clip is another wide shot of an arm moving, with the tool hidden behind it. How do I ask for something useful without starting another round of 'please send video'?

Specify the missing views: package identity, fitted gripper and the agreed sample-handling sequence.

The agreed check was picking our sample from its tray and placing it in the small inspection fixture. You can't see either end of that in this clip.

Send that exact sequence back, with the tray and fixture visible throughout the relevant handling.

I've written that. Also asked them to show the identification labels and gripper before the sequence, because the arm in the room might be ours but I can't tell.

Ask them to link the identification views to the demonstrated assembly clearly. Separate close-ups are useful, but a label picture followed by an unrelated handling clip would leave you with the same missing connection.

Yes. One clearly linked recording is easier to assess than assorted clips from the workshop.

We got a better result by marking the camera views on a rough sketch of the bench. Nothing fancy. The seller had honestly thought a wide view was more helpful because it showed the whole robot.

Worth trying. Your request needs to say what must be visible, not demand better camerawork.

Have they actually got your samples and fixture? A clear video of substitute parts would still miss the agreed check.

Ask them to identify those too. I assumed your supplied samples were already on site.

They confirmed receipt of our sample parcel earlier, with a photo. I have no confirmation they've made the agreed fixture insert. That's a gap in my request too.

Get the insert status answered before chasing the next filming date. They may be unable to show the agreed placement yet, and another general-motion clip won't tell you whether that is the reason.

Sent the view sketch and asked whether the insert is ready. Thanks for that question; I'd been treating every missing view as a camera problem.

You're asking two useful things now: is the agreed test setup ready, and does the recording show its result. Keep their answers attached to the same agreed check so neither gets lost.

Did they answer about the insert? That seems more interesting than whether they can hold the phone a bit higher.

They say it isn't finished. The video used their own open tray, not our inspection fixture. So it wasn't the demonstration we agreed, however nicely it was filmed.

There it is. Ask for the unfinished test to be listed as outstanding; don't tick it off against that clip.

And ask when the actual fixture will be ready for the agreed demonstration.

I've kept that check open and requested a fixture-ready date. The seller has acknowledged that the supplied clip doesn't cover our placement test. Still waiting on a date.

A recorded acknowledgement helps. The next video still needs the identity and handling views you specified.
