I want our FR10 dashboard to show accepted brackets, because counting completed attempts makes a reviewed retry look like another physical item. The old failed attempt must remain visible. I have already asked for held items to stay distinct on screen; the remaining question is which reviewed result owns the accepted count.

Quality should define the accepted disposition for each identified bracket and link it to the supporting attempt and review. Count that bracket once. Preserve earlier failures underneath it, and test the total through a restart as well as an ordinary retry; don't let rebuilding the screen create another acceptance.
