Our UR5e arrived for a small-housing exercise and the main package checks out. The separate spare kit didn't. I've now spent weeks getting told it will go with the next shipment, which seems to be a very convenient shipment because nobody can tell me when it exists.
The extra pendant cable is part of that kit. The installed cable is here, so I'm not saying the robot arrived without one. I want the seller to finish the order, and I also need to stop our teaching plan treating that spare as something sitting in the cupboard.
Take it off the available-spares list now. Whoever covers your class should see what is physically there, without needing the purchase correspondence to find the missing cable.
I have an adapter enquiry stuck at the same point: the seller describes the complete assembly but won't answer whether the extra part is in stock. Have yours actually identified the contents of this kit?
Yes, Dinesh, there's a list attached to the order. Their latest reply quotes the list back at me. Very accurate description of things they haven't sent.
Amy, thank you for clarifying the stock list. I'd correct the planning note and ask the seller Fiona's question against each listed item. A partial parcel would need its own receiving check.
Fiona, they finally said the cable is waiting for stock but the other items are available. I've asked for those separately and corrected my note. Thanks, Elena, the cover tutor had read it as a spare already here.
That's a more useful answer than next shipment. Does available mean on their shelf, or something they still have to obtain? Mine have used it both ways.
The small parcel actually arrived. We checked those items against the list and they're now in stores. No cable in it, as expected, and no firm date for the cable either. I'm leaving that line open.
