Our Fairino FR5 is already here. I ordered a separate accessory batch from an unnamed seller in China for 83 matched kits for changing sample handling fixtures, each including a gripper finger set.
The sealed outer box arrived short of that item. The seller says the quantity means pieces, while the invoice says kit and their final message lists contents per kit.
Has the received inventory included all inner bags and loose items, using the final per-kit contents list as its reference? That would distinguish an actual count gap from items packed elsewhere.
Yes. I counted the loose pieces too, before anything went to the benches. Our final message includes a gripper finger set per kit, and we don't have enough for 83 kits.
