Unpriced preparation and training in our FR10 packing comparison

I am comparing tray-loading offers for 190 boxed sensor modules. Arm prices are clear; fixtures, guarding and training are not. Or rather, some are priced against different assumptions. How should I show unknown work without pretending it will be free or inventing a supplier quote?

List the work and its owner. Show quoted costs separately from your allowances and unresolved items. Use the same starting condition for both offers, including preparation, so the cheaper total is not hiding your labour.

One offer starts with modules arranged in trays, the other with shipping boxes. I have separated that difference and asked both about preparation and recovery training (we had only priced the normal demonstration).

Include cover for the people attending training too. The supplier's fee will not pay the colleague doing their ordinary work during that session.
