Our FR5 arrived with its working adapter, but the extra adapter in the agreed spare kit is missing. Seller keeps summarising the delivery as complete, then promising the spare later. I've asked for the missing quantity to stay visible. One fitted adapter is not a spare sitting on our shelf.
Send a received-and-outstanding list against the agreed item references, then ask them to answer the additional adapter line specifically instead of forwarding the arm receipt again
Done. They acknowledge one additional adapter owed. No stock confirmation, just next shipment again. At least the quantity is no longer being disputed.
Does next shipment mean a separate dispatch to you or inclusion with another order? I would clarify that before maintenance interprets the phrase as a delivery plan.
And ask whether the actual adapter is available, because a standalone postage offer still won't tell you whether there's anything ready to put in a box
Asked. They say waiting for production and no date confirmed. Our stores line says outstanding, availability unconfirmed. Purchasing is handling the next response.
Keep the exact adapter reference with that production answer. If the seller later offers a different version, it will need its own compatibility review rather than silently replacing the open item.
