I'm trying to improve our FR5 fixture-inspection handover while the original integrator is still available. It's mostly pendant pictures with no revision, showing the main routine but not called programs, fixture assumptions or ordinary PLC signals. What would let the next maintainer follow the installed reference-plate job?
Request the complete installed project with revisions and supported backup instructions, then trace a plate through called routines, expected process signals and approved recovery. Have another maintainer follow it.
The integrator supplied the project files and walked the normal path with maintenance. That exposed missing explanations for two waiting conditions, so I've left the handover open for those and recovery. Thanks, Louis; tracing the plate was much more productive than requesting another folder of screenshots.
