The layer pattern fits, but some cartons sit over gaps (Fairino FR5)

Our plan for arranging shipping cartons in pallet layers with Fairino FR5 in a packaged-products warehouse has a very neat alternating layer drawing. But a packed rectangular product box has a preferred support direction, and some rotated cartons sit over gaps. I want packaging support and tool access reviewed together before I accept the pattern. Where should I start?

Start by showing the carton edges that carry load and the pallet deck support on the layer drawings. Is the complete gripper outline available to overlay as well?

We've only got top-view rectangles and a tool centre mark. The carton note specifies support direction, but the layer drawing doesn't show it.

Build that combined drawing for packaging and your integrator. Include a repeated, unrotated layer as a simpler candidate; it may suit the support direction better.

The repeated arrangement remains a candidate, not an accepted solution. Its support and load stability still need assessment for the cartons with their actual contents.
