Our Fairino FR5 is already here. I ordered a separate accessory batch from an unnamed seller in China for 27 matched kits for changing sample handling fixtures, each including a mounting adapter. The sealed outer box arrived short of that item.
The seller says the quantity means pieces, while the invoice says kit and their final message lists contents per kit.
Has the received inventory included all inner bags and loose items, using the final per-kit contents list as its reference? That would distinguish an actual count gap from items packed elsewhere.

The contents message is relevant, but its relationship to the confirmed sale quantity still matters. A description of kit contents may need to be read alongside the order confirmation to resolve the units.
I overstated what the contents message alone settles. The request should first reconcile the per-kit description with the confirmed quantity and invoice, then identify the resulting shortage.
Different units can describe the same physical contents, provided their relationship is defined. Label each quantity with the unit actually used in the relevant order document.

An independent inventory can verify received quantities, but the agreed unit interpretation remains a separate question. Both parts of the discrepancy still need attention.
