Follow one identified bracket through the route, including when correction occurred and how each inspection supported and referenced the part. A visually aligned restrained assembly and an accepted final number may describe two quite different stages; neither tells you the missing released measurement by implication.
Our bracket notes lose the dimensional story between restraint and acceptance

I want the new FR5 welding plan to explain the old bracket correction, not quietly copy it. Historical notes say aligned while restrained but outside drawing requirements after release. What records would separate incoming fit-up, fixture location and final inspection? This is a records review, not a welding adjustment trial.
