FR5 blank removal needs more room than its reachable point

Our planned removal of 123 steel blanks has a reassuring FR5 reach sketch. It omits the gripper body and open mill door. I need a complete access comparison before we choose an arm; what should we measure and ask the integrator to show?

Measure the installed opening and nearby obstructions, then add the identified complete tool and held blank through withdrawal and return. Include the setter's and service access on that same arrangement; I have previously reminded a toolmaker's review to keep the first-part trolley visible too.

I've requested the survey and complete tool geometry. Setter will add changeover space. No trolley assumption copied from your job; we'll record what actually uses this bay. The current drawing stays provisional.

Have those views exposed a particular interference yet, or are you still waiting for the complete assembly? Either status is useful, but they lead to different next decisions about the proposal.
