our sleeve job still needs me beside the phone

Everyone can start my UR5e sleeve-sorting job, but an empty pocket sends them looking for me. I had been treating that as a training reminder until someone asked which sleeve the screen meant after an interruption. I've been checking first-read failures in our software tests, yet I left the equivalent uncertainty out of this handover. Different system, same uncomfortable feeling. The clean run is explained and the difficult bit is apparently my phone number.

Your phone number can be a contact, but it cannot be the decision method; ask the cell owner and controls person to work through that operator's actual question, including who identifies the uncertain sleeve and authorises any next step.

They've agreed to review it with the operator. The first draft separates an empty pocket from an interrupted transfer, and keeps the uncertain sleeve visible instead of labelling the whole tray ready.

Has someone outside that conversation read the draft yet? The people who agreed the words may all know which sleeve they mean, while the relief operator still has to guess from the same screen.

A relief operator read it and asked who had already been called. Fair point; we had named the responsible person without showing whether a call was pending. That is back with controls, and the draft isn't issued.
