Our UR5e sleeves leave the fixture visibly tilted now. Two pickup corrections already saved. I want maintenance to check the contact before the next shift inherits another unexplained offset.

Retain the tilted sleeves and compare their seating before contact, then have maintenance inspect the fixture and finger faces with the equipment appropriately isolated; the saved corrections should stay available for review with those findings.
