Our turned UR5e carton layer places a stiffener over a finger gap

I have the packed carton here, not an empty display box. Its underside stiffener crosses a gap in the proposed turned layer. The UR5e tool drawing uses that same gap for release. Packaging and tooling need to see this together before either signs off their half.

Show a section through that stiffener and the gap. A neat top view won't tell packaging what is underneath, and the tool reviewer needs the neighbouring cartons in the same view

The section is being drawn from the packed sample. Tooling suggested widening the gap, which would worsen the support in that position. I have asked them to review alternatives jointly.

Did they come back with an alternative, or are the two teams still improving the same gap in opposite directions?
