Every new bag shape means another fixture job (packing tray filling)

I've sunk a lot of effort into getting Fairino FR10 doing packing tray filling with a soft packaged refill in a supervised packaging test cell, starting with 176. The motion works, but the products keep changing and each new bag shape needs more presentation work. I'm attached to this setup and increasingly unsure the complete process is worth maintaining

What happens when you include fixture adjustment and operator help in the comparison with manual packing? That's the process you're deciding whether to keep.

Manual packing still looks competitive once I count the adjustments and help. The transfer repeats after preparation; the preparation is what's escaping the original scope

@DineshBarnes0560 Review the whole-workflow baseline alongside remaining development, credible recurring demand and an effort boundary. Define the evidence that would warrant continuation before committing to further fixture work.
