The box is supported until we turn it sideways

I can't approve our FR10 pallet pattern yet. One layer puts the long cartons over gaps below, right under the ends that packaging says should carry the load. Tooling wants those gaps. We tried discussing it from the drawings. We now have three drawings. No answer. What should a physical review include?

Filled cartons and the loaded-tool envelope, in the same review.

Booked. Packaging is bringing the actual current cartons. Thanks for making that explicit.

Include withdrawal space too, not just the tool sitting still.

Who is deciding what support is acceptable for that carton? I can help lay out boxes, but I would not guess from the fact that the top layer stays level for five minutes.

Packaging lead. She rejected the rotated layer in the review. Tooling is checking another pattern.

We changed a pattern after a similar review and forgot the operator's pallet diagram. Update that with the approved version too, or somebody will faithfully build yesterday's stack.
