Put installed quantity and outstanding quantity on separate lines, with the agreed spare reference. Then ask for stock status and separate dispatch. A photograph of one cable cannot stretch to cover two, however often they send it.

They now acknowledge the extra is missing. No stock date, no parcel. Asked for separate supply or a specified credit offer; nothing accepted.
