Universal Robots UR5e: presenting components in removable inspection nests: checking identity, orientation and seating

I'm reviewing changeover for our planned presenting components in removable inspection nests with Universal Robots UR5e in a small robot fixture station. The nest insert for a machined sensor cover closely resembles another family insert and appears reversible in its mounting. Before automated use, I'd like to establish how tooling identity, orientation and the selected recipe should be checked together.

@OwenAli0225 Can the reversed insert reach the intended seat, according to the drawings? Check that first, alongside which insert revision the recipe expects
